Collection and Delivery
Simply contact us to arrange a collection from your home or workplace and we will return your ironing within 48 hours. Our free collection and delivery is standard, however a charge will be made if you are unavailable on the agreed day and time for collections or deliveries, £1.50 per additional trips made.
Service
All adult garments are returned on hangers with protective garment covers supplied FREE OF CHARGE. We ask that you return these with each load to avoid a replacement charge of 20p per cover. Please supply enough hangers with your first order, alternatively we can supply hangers at 10p each. All other ironing will be professionally folded and returned in a FREE laundry bag which is yours to keep for when we collect your next load of ironing which can be on a regular basis or as and when it suits you.
Payment
We accept cash or cheque and provide an itemised invoice for your records. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment strictly upon return of ironing. Cheque payment carries a 50p surcharge.
Peace Of Mind
Our ironers adhere to strict protocols that include a strict no smoking policy to ensure that your laundry is returned fresh and crease free. In the unlikely event of any garment being damaged we will compensate to a maximum of £50 per item. Any iron damaged or shiny garments will be returned unironed to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage.
